The live one-day FST Refresher Course is designed for certified Level 1, 2, or 3 Fascia Stretch Therapy™ (FST) practitioners who want to refine and enhance their technique. Just as top performers in any discipline continually refine their foundational skills, this hands-on training provides a focused environment for skill refinement and peer coaching. With structured feedback from both instructors and fellow practitioners, this course ensures that your FST technique remains precise, effective, and up to date. Practitioners will work in small groups, with Level 2 & 3 participants receiving targeted feedback on their advanced skills.
