Talk to an advisor

For personal trainers and coaches

You can’t out-program a body that won’t move.

Soreness, pain and locked joints cap what any program can deliver. Your clients stall, and it reads as your programming.

At this pace your Early Bird tuition of $2300 + tax is back in about 4 weeks. Most graduates recover their investment within 3 to 6 months.

Already booked solid? Then the number that matters is not volume. It is what happens to retention when clients stop stalling.

Talk it through first

Book a call with our Enrollment Advisor

A short conversation about the clients you train now and where you want this to go. You leave the call knowing whether FST is the right move for you, and if it is not, we will say so.

  • A straight answer on whether FST fits the clients you already train
  • Your own numbers: what to charge in your city, and how fast the tuition comes back
  • Which city and date to take, and what Level 2 and 3 look like after it
  • How graduates fit it around a full coaching schedule, and where they run it

Fascia Stretch Therapy™ Level 1 reaches the part of the problem training cannot. Traction and decompression at the joint capsule, not another set. Run it as its own appointment, or add it to the sessions you already coach.

Five days, taught in Canada, by the institute that created Fascia Stretch Therapy.

What FST adds

Five things it changes about the business you already run.

01

Results your programming could not reach

The mobility and pain piece that was capping every client who plateaued on you, no matter how the block was written.

02

A reason you are not interchangeable

Every trainer in the building sells the same hour. Almost none of them can do this one.

03

Retention, because they feel it that day

Range of motion changes inside one session. That is what brings people back and what they tell people about.

04

A session you can price differently

A tier of recovery work your gym almost certainly does not offer yet, at $100 to $150 a session.

05

Rooms you were not in before

Athletes, teams, tournaments. Recovery work opens doors that general training does not.

06

Education that pays for itself

Most graduates earn the tuition back in three to six months, on the clients they already have.

Why fit pros specifically

You are not failing them. You are at the edge of what your toolkit reaches.

You are competent, you are dedicated, and you plan good sessions. The thing stopping them is not in the programming.

  1. 01

They arrive sore from the last session, so they never train at the intensity the plan assumes

  2. 02

Restricted joints cap their range, so the movement never actually looks like the movement

  3. 03

You scale it back, or you push through it, and neither one addresses why

  4. 04

They stall, they lose faith in the process, and it reads as your programming

Traction and decompression at the joint capsule, working the fascia rather than pulling on a muscle.

Then the body unlocks. They hit a full squat, they reach overhead, and the programming starts working again.

“Fantastic value that can be implemented and applied right off the bat to anyone.”
Mike, personal trainer. Five sessions booked in his first week back.

Why nobody taught you this

You didn’t miss it. It wasn’t on the syllabus.

Certification taught you programming, progression and load. It did not teach you fascia or joint capsules, because when most of these courses were written fascia was still treated as an envelope that muscles attach to.

Meanwhile your clients kept arriving sore and stiff, and you did what everyone does: a warm up, some mobility drills, a foam roller. The demand arrived without waiting for anyone to teach you the trained version of it.

It was never a gap in your ability. It was a gap in what there was to learn.

An instructor demonstrating a fascial stretch sequence while students practice on tables

Up to 24 students, 4 instructors. They do not watch your hands, they feel them, sequence after sequence, and you feel theirs.

The question fit pros ask quietly

Will it fold into what I already do?

Whether you have to overhaul your practice to use it. Whether you wait a year to see anything. That is the part most people wonder about before they commit, and it is usually the reason they wait. Mike sprinkles it into his sessions after the workout. In his first week back he had five sessions in, the next eight weeks booked, and a demo at a tennis tournament.

It folds into what you already do, and it opens doors to rooms you were not in before.

An FST practitioner working with a fully clothed client on a treatment table
  • Add it to the end of a session, or run it as its own appointment
  • Clients stay fully clothed and there is no oil, so it works in a gym, a studio or their home
  • You can use it the week you get back, on the clients you already have

The five days

Five days. 90 moves, taught over 19 sequences.

This is not a weekend introduction to assisted stretching. Monday to Thursday runs 9am to 6pm, Friday 8am to 5pm. You are on the table about as often as you are standing beside it.

Before

Pre-course video library. Our founders demonstrating on a skeleton and on real bodies. Finished at least one week out, so you walk in already familiar with the material.

  1. 1

    Foundations and Lower Body

Foundations, table mechanics, lower body sequences and the hip capsule.

  2. 2

    Advanced Lower Body and Core

Advanced lower body and core, and the fascial lines that connect them.

  3. 3

    Upper Body and Shoulders

Upper body, shoulder capsule, neck and arms.

  4. 4

    Full Body Integration

Full body integration, dynamic assessment and treatment.

  5. 5

    Practicum and Graduation

You give and receive a full 60-minute session, filmed for your own marketing, then a business segment and graduation.

After

Ongoing support. Post-course video library, online community, webinars, and a check in from our team through the year.

1:6, so an instructor can put their hands on yours as often as it takes, and you get to feel theirs. That is what sends people home competent rather than certified.
The Stretch to Win workbook, branded pen and FST strap provided at the course

What you leave with

  • Your certification, and your own set of FST straps
  • The workbook, and the video library for every one of the 90 moves
  • The practitioner community, and our team for the rest of your career as an FST practitioner

The support does not end at graduation. Graduates keep reaching out years later, and we keep answering.

Choose your city and date

On timing

We are in each city once, then we are gone for a while.

Level 1 runs a handful of times a year across the whole country. Once a city’s date passes, the next one there is usually months out. Therapists write to us asking when we will be back.

Another year of watching the same clients stall is not a neutral option. It is another year of them believing it is the program.
